Mediterranean and Contemporary Style, Transitional Interiors, Neutral Color Palette, Airy and Welcoming Vibe, Japanese Origami ceiling wood panel.
Asymmetrical blocks of different scales and sizes that allow easy transition between outdoors and indoors seamlessly work together in this Italian-Spanish Modern style villa.
Built on 5,800 sqft on an acre land, this eclectic house sets out diverse outdoor activities including tennis court, basketball field and an exquisite outdoor fireplace that tends to
capture the eye. Lush landscaping integrates with high windows and grand patios to offer an uninterrupted theme to the house that creates spatial hierarchy and visual relief to its users. Winding a way into the house, a neutral color palette unzips the interiors with an airy and welcoming vibe. High segmented arches complement the light natural fabrics to create immense space and let the natural light lit up the interiors. Looking through the double- heighted living room is a custom, Japanese-inspired origami ceiling at 22’ with its convex and concave panels embellished in wood to create a dramatic and 3-dimensional effect.
Currently we only have renders of the final product, but photography will be added soon.
